How do we _categorise_ and _group_ feedback?
Should we be able to:
+ link one [feedback item](#18) to another? (_if items are related_)
+ "_tag_" a [feedback item](#18) ?
+ are tags pre-defined or "free-text"?
+ are tags the same as categories? see: [Categories vs. Tags](https://en.support.wordpress.com/posts/categories-vs-tags)
+ hide tag(s) input until _after_ the feedback has been posted? (_to reduce friction_)
