Create `elixir_auth_facebook` v1

Our objective with this is not to perpetuate the [**`Facebook` _dystopia_**](https://github.com/dwyl/learn-react/issues/23#issuecomment-647521076), 👎
Rather it is simply to have a way to allow people
who have been suckered into _thinking_ that [**`Facebook` _is_ the Internet**](https://www.theguardian.com/technology/2022/jan/20/facebook-second-life-the-unstoppable-rise-of-the-tech-company-in-africa) 🙄
to ***`try`*** our [**`App`**](https://github.com/dwyl/mvp/issues/140) with the least possible friction. 📱

And advise people to only use this package as a last resort for allowing people who have no other **`option`**.
