The greatest irony in "modern workplaces" is that they _think_ `Slack` is _helping_ them do their work, 🏎️
when in fact it's breaking people's focus and forcing them to constantly context-switch which _destroys_ velocity. 🐌
We use `Signal` because it is encrypted/secure and has _fewer_ features than the others while still having the essentials
e.g: reactions, multi-media (e.g. sending files when necessary) and end-to-end encrypted voice/video calls.

Our goal as a company/org is to _maximise_ the "focus time" people have to get their most important work done.
The _last_ thing we want/need is _constant interruptions_ from messages being broadcast to everyone.
The way we communicate ***asynchronously*** is via `GitHub Issues`.
