Description
This is _not_ a new feature; there are existing apps (_entire businesses!_) focussed on this idea.
What _is_ new is how we _handle_ the chat.
We worked in/with B2C Companies where some sort of Chat-Support was included on the Website or App, but the _workflow_ for replying to customer requests was (_and still is_) _fundamentally **flawed**_.
