Foundation Metaphor Image

I am _keen_ on using the "foundation" metaphor to describe _both_ the _knowledge_/_skill(s)_ people need to acquire _and_ the _discipline_ of "laying a good foundation" when building an app/product.

To aid that metaphor I would like to use a _good_ image of a foundation being laid/built.
So far, the "best" image (_with a "free to use for any purpose" license_) that I have found is:
