Let people define the default action for when they open the browser/app?

Some people will want:
- Show me a list of my running timers
- Automatically start a new timer when I open (**_and**_/**_or**_ show list of existing)
- Automatically stop my most recent timer.

There will be other actions. But the question is: should we make this a _thing_?
