Description
As a person using the Time App to track my activities/tasks,
I want a way of uploading a photo showing _evidence_ of the completed task
so that I can store a record of the completion.
There are _many_ use-cases where uploading a photo/image
of either the task description or the _evidence_ of completion is _useful_ or even _essential_.
