What to display in Browser Tab Title when the timer "runs out" (exceeds original estimate)

Description
When the timer is counting up/down and still has "_time left_" in the original estimate everything is fine:
(_pay attention to the browser tab title..._)
But when we go _over_ our original estimate (_e.g: 25mins_) we go into "_negative time_":
(_the UI in question is the **negative** number in the tab title..._)
How should we _display_ this?
