Describing Activities / Status using ADL's Controlled Vocabulary

We briefly investigated using "[_Tin Can API_](http://tincanapi.com/tech-overview/)" for our work @ Pearson but concluded it was "_not ready_" in 2013...
We were _recently_ re-acquainted with it as part of _considering_ bidding for project to ~~build~~ implement an LMS system for a charity...
