'Cut off' timer descriptions or let them wrap onto a second line?

Should we allow longer timer descriptions to wrap onto a second line or should we encourage conciseness by 'cutting off' the description - _adding a `...` to the end of the visible portion - on the main page?
**Clicking into the description would then render the full description of course**.
