[docs] Include SDK version in the docs

It's hard to tell which version of Ocean [/stable](https://docs.ocean.dwavesys.com/en/stable/) vs [/latest](https://docs.ocean.dwavesys.com/en/latest/) docs are about.

Ideally, version of each package included would be visible as well, but that might become less important / moot in the future as we integrate packages better.

Compare the /stable and /latest documentation pages linked in the issue and identify where the SDK version is currently shown or omitted. Update the documentation so the Ocean SDK version is visible, then verify the rendered pages make the stable/latest distinction clear.
