1. The System Docs link navigates to https://docs.dwavequantum.com/docs/latest/index.html which show a 404 page not found error. It should instead go to https://docs.dwavequantum.com/en/latest/index.html
2. The Ocean Docs link navigates to https://docs.dwavequantum.com/en/latest/index.html but should go to https://docs.dwavequantum.com/en/latest/ocean/index.html
