Description
Something like SciPy's [.todense()](https://docs.scipy.org/doc/scipy/reference/generated/scipy.sparse.coo_matrix.todense.html#scipy.sparse.coo_matrix.todense). Would need to decide how to handle the SPIN-case. This would be a replacement for `to_numpy_matrix`
