Description

Find a way to identify which old embeddings are no longer relevant and remove them.

Run get_qpu_embeddings.py for all the available solvers.
Take note of the file names (the hash T**** is unique to the graph_id of the solver).
Delete those that don't exist.

Research direction

Start with get_qpu_embeddings.py and run it for every available solver. Record the generated file names, using each T**** hash as the solver graph_id, then compare them with the existing embeddings and remove files whose graph_id no longer exists. Done means obsolete embedding files have been deleted without removing files for available solvers.
