Description
I am currently using the version from the Apple Store.
I’ve noticed that after configuring the "Always Show," "Hide," and "Always Hide" settings, some apps do not return to their previously assigned positions when relaunched; instead, they automatically appear at the far left of the list—in the "Always Hide" section.
Is it possible to have these icons—which seem to "forget" their assigned positions—default to the hidden area instead?
This way, the "Always Show" area wouldn't get cluttered, and the icons wouldn't end up on the far left—where they might be obscured by the Dynamic Island, making them difficult to drag.

Research direction
Start by reproducing the behavior from the Apple Store version using the "Always Show," "Hide," and "Always Hide" settings, then locate the code that restores icon positions and assigns forgotten icons to a section. Done means affected icons default to the hidden area instead of the far left, keeping the "Always Show" area uncluttered and accessible around the Dynamic Island.
