### Describe the bug
`Hidden Bar.app` installed from `brew install --cask hiddenbar` is not notarized.
### Steps to reproduce
```
% spctl -a -t exec -v /Applications/Hidden\ Bar.app
/Applications/Hidden Bar.app: rejected
```
### Expected behaviour
App runs without security exception.
