Feature Request: "Shown when inactive" group

### Describe the bug

Program works well. This issue is a feature request: **_"Shown when inactive" group_**

Currently we have 3 groups:
⭐️ Always Hidden | Hidden | Shown

What this request is like:
⭐️ Always Hidden | Hidden | **Shown When Inactive** | Always Shown
(_Shown When Inactive_ or similarly "Hidden When Hidden Bar Is Active")

The purpose of this feature is for those with small screens that prefer not to use full menubar expansion and would opt to have a sort of menubar icon group toggle functionality.

### Expected behaviour

Activating Hidden Bar by clicking the < icon or triggering using hotkey will hide all the icons in the new _**Shown when inactive**_ group.
