"Use the full MenuBar on expanding" setting is confusing

### Describe the bug

I recently installed Hidden, and was looking at list of settings.

Most of the settings made sense to me, as a pretty experienced Mac user. And while the "Enable always hidden section" setting wasn't clear, the additional help text worked great.

But I have no idea what "Use the full MenuBar on expanding" means — and there's no additional help.

### Expected behaviour

I realize I'm just a single user, but it's possible that other new users are having the same problem.

Would it be possible to add some help text for the "Use the full MenuBar on expanding" setting?
