Is background.js autoreloading?

Hello,

First of all thanks a lot for this awesome cli!

I am facing an issue (I think...) , any change that I made on background.js needs a "Update" from the Extensions page. In the other hand, any change in other html or js file do not need the refresh and are auto updated on the browser.

Any ideas?

Start by reproducing the behavior described for background.js from the browser's Extensions page, then inspect the CLI's reload handling and compare it with the other HTML and JavaScript files mentioned. Done means determining why background.js requires an extension update and documenting or correcting the expected reload behavior.
