Overriding port

I tried to override the port.

According to the docker guidance I should set `LISTENER` but I still get:

```

```

I tried:

```env
LISTENER=8082
LISTENER=:8082
```

Tried command args which does work:

```yml
command: ["--provider", "local", "--listener", ":8082"]
```
