Description
In the EVM Playground, running:
JUMPDEST
PUSH1 0
JUMP
Then clicking "Continue execution" will break the playground and make the webpage unresponsive. I'm not sure if this is intended or if there should be a max gas limit like in the EVM.

Research direction
Reproduce the issue in the EVM Playground using the JUMPDEST, PUSH1 0, and JUMP sequence, then click “Continue execution.” Trace the playground’s execution handling and define completion as preventing the infinite loop from making the webpage unresponsive, with bounded execution or a clear interruption.
