Description
Describe the bug
I am using stock Android and there's no option to track my data usage on my device. There are certain apps that let me do it, but they require vpn access, since I already have app tracking protection on, I can't use another vpn without turning this off. You should provide an option to track my daily data usage through ddg app. It'd be a great help.

Research direction
The issue names no implementation files or tests; begin by tracing the Android app's existing app-tracking-protection VPN path and how daily usage is exposed. Clarify the expected behavior for tracking usage while that VPN remains active, then add coverage for the chosen behavior and verify it on stock Android.
