Description

Describe the bug

in Site Permissions screen,
at Manage sites header. when you click at any point of the header does reveal the overFlowMenu

How to Reproduce
  1. go to settings
  2. got to site permissions
  3. click at any point of ManageSitesHeader
Expected behavior

the overFlowMenu should only be shown if the Icon button is clicked not the whole manage sites header

Environment
- DDG App Version:5.157.0
- Device: PIXEL 6 PRO
- OS: ANDROID 12
