Contributing to the project

I use this extension and really enjoy it.
I noticed some enhancements that could be valuable, and I’ve already implemented them locally, but I don’t currently have access to create a branch.

Specifically:
The [aws_temp_credentials](https://docs.databricks.com/api/workspace/temporarypathcredentials/generatetemporarypathcredentials#aws_temp_credentials-session_token)
endpoint returns expiration_time, which we can use to cache secrets efficiently.

I added a mutex to prevent concurrent queries from causing write.write issues.
I would love to contribute this code. Could you please advise how I can submit a PR or otherwise share these improvements?
