Similar pages for query syntax and statements with duplication

The SQL query syntax and the statement pages have a lot of overlap, see e.g.:
- https://duckdb.org/docs/sql/query_syntax/select
- https://duckdb.org/docs/sql/statements/select

While I understand the distinction, there is a lot of overlap (including examples) between the two, so eventually we should do something about this.
