Description

Hi team, when a team hosts DuckDB offering (i.e., via quack), the infra needs to have good observability and understanding on how user teams use DuckDB, for example, what's the most expensive query in terms of the number of rows scanned, or execution runtime, etc.
I'd appreciate if we could expose such panel in UI, thank you!

Research direction

No files, tests, or entry points are identified in the issue. Start by locating the existing UI panels and the DuckDB observability or query-information entry point, then define which query metrics and data source the panel should use. Done means a usable UI panel that exposes agreed measures such as rows scanned or execution runtime.
