Description
Hi this keeps getting better, thanks for the good work.
Testing ST_InterpolatePoint, ST_ReadShp reports 'Invalid shape type 23'.
ST_Read is able to read the file, (and I note that it is ~3x faster when reading the non M version)
ST_InterpolatePoint otherwise works well and simpler than previous implementations
