Description
Arrow [recently added support](https://github.com/apache/arrow/pull/35780) in their JS library for the LargeUtf8 data type. It would be great if we could bump our Arrow version v15.0.0 to use this feature.
I maintain a [VSCode extension that uses DuckDB](https://marketplace.visualstudio.com/items?itemName=AdamViola.parquet-explorer), and a user couldn't open a Parquet file containing LargeUtf8 data. See [this issue](https://github.com/adamviola/parquet-explorer/issues/2) for more details.
