Add results schemata documentation page to documentation site

The 'running an experiment' doc has a very small section that mentions the different tables. https://dssg.github.io/triage/experiments/running/#evaluating-results-of-an-experiment

Dirty Duck goes into more detail on the results schema. That content should be copied to its own document on the documentation site. The section linked to above should link to this document.
