Set up the demo webapp

We need the webapp running on a server accessible to the CTA (e.g. an Amazon instance). Let's get the demo working in that capacity.
From where we currently are, I believe this may simply involve cloning the repo on a Amazon instance and running "mvn gwt:run" in the webapp directory, then making sure the web server's ports are accessible from outside the instance (configurable through the AWS web console).
