Description
Note that these predictors are of the value of the _match_ between student and option. Thus, predictors may be:
(1) student-related (like prior academic trajectory);
(2) choice related (like information about the program, which we don't have that much of); and
(3) combination of student/choice-related predictors, like distance from home to program, or whether the program is affiliated with the student's school
For starters, a good, meaningful set of predictors would be student prior test scores and attendance (which are relatively easier to clean) and distance to program

Research direction
Locate the student/alternative data set and the existing data-preparation entry point. Review how prior test scores, attendance, and distance to program are represented; done means these predictors are merged into the data set and their values are cleaned and available for matching.
