Description
As mentioned by Neil Higgins in:
https://sourceforge.net/p/electricdss/discussion/861976/thread/3500889e/#55be
The [Eclipse 4DIAC](https://www.eclipse.org/4diac/) environment implements IEC 61499 function blocks and might be useful do extend OpenDSS simulations. The base code seems to be C++, which would not be hard to integrate (as optional component).
