Description
We can already use [DSS-Python 0.15.0b1](https://pypi.org/project/dss-python/0.15.0b1/), [the equivalent branch from ODD.py](https://github.com/dss-extensions/OpenDSSDirect.py/pull/78) to illustrate some important aspects.
DSS-Python 0.15.0b1 includes the new AltDSS API as `DSS.AltDSS` (previously part of it was `DSS.Obj`), but the code for AltDSS-Python will be separated soon (range of days to couple of weeks).
