Add cron job to test TypeScript release candidate

Would be simple to do. Just needs to yarn install the latest rc version as an alias (similar to the ones currently in the package.json file) and then run the `yarn run test-ts-versions` or whatever it's called.

This shouldn't use typescript@next because I've found that to be too unstable.
