Description
Upon running with out a config, it'd be nice to have zsh-like options of:
```
1) do nothing (this messge reapears next time)
2) create an empty config file (supresses this message and use desktop notifications)
3) configure a push notifications
```
Where 3 would then guide you through a wizard.
