Action Buttons in ntfy?

Description
I'd like to send notifications that would include action buttons. And then when the recipient clicks a button, that would make an http GET or PUSH to another site. My thought is to do this with html and/or JavaScript. Can ntfy understand any html and/or JavaScript? Or, is there another way to implement Action Buttons in ntfy?
