SqlServiceAccount: Only support restarting Database Engine and SQL Server Agent

Details of the scenario you tried and the problem that is occurring:
Currently the resource does not support restarting all services it supports, it only supports restarting Database Engine and SQL Server Agent.

it should support restarting the other service types as well; 'Search', 'IntegrationServices', 'AnalysisServices', 'ReportingServices', 'SQLServerBrowser', 'NotificationServices'

Start with the SqlServiceAccount resource and trace how ServiceType and RestartService are handled. Check the existing behavior for DatabaseEngine and SQLServerAgent, then verify that Search, IntegrationServices, AnalysisServices, ReportingServices, SQLServerBrowser, and NotificationServices can also be restarted when requested.
