Maybe we should look into using TestCases, for testing each major SQL Server version, instead of using a for-each loop.

Locate the SqlSetup tests and identify the foreach loop that exercises each major SQL Server version. Read the surrounding Pester test structure and the referenced TestCases approach, then convert the test data to TestCases without changing coverage.
