Description

Details of the scenario you tried and the problem that is occurring:
On for example Swedish operating system, the 'NT AUTHORITY\SYSTEM' is not named that. but instead named 'NT instans\SYSTEM'. This will make the resource that are hard-coded to that name fail.

Research direction

Start by locating the SqlAG and SqlAGReplica resources and searching for the hard-coded NT AUTHORITY\SYSTEM account name. Reproduce the behavior on a localized operating system and inspect existing tests or account-resolution logic. Done means both resources work with the localized SYSTEM account without relying on the English name.
