Description

Details of the scenario you try and problem that is occurring:
Issue #91 has a comment about testing stubs for both SQLPS and SqlServer module when SqlServer is supported (PR #508).
To also run the test with SqlServer stubs needs some planing. The tests take a long time to run, so running them twice might not be the best option since there is currently a limit on 1 hour runtime for the build worker.

Research direction

Start by reading issue #91's testing-stub discussion and PR #508, then inspect the existing test setup and build configuration referenced there. The work is done when SqlServer stubs are covered without duplicating the full long-running suite or exceeding the build worker's one-hour limit.
