DSC_SqlAGDatabase not working on german localized server

Description
On a german SQL Server I am not able to add a new database to an AG.
It it this line on the Resource: https://github.com/dsccommunity/SqlServerDsc/blob/main/source/DSCResources/DSC_SqlAGDatabase/DSC_SqlAGDatabase.psm1
at line 375: if ( $fileExistsResult.Tables.Rows.'File is a Directory' -ne 1 ).
This Column does not exits on a german server it's called "Die Datei ist ein Verzeichnis."
Please solve or suggest a solution.
