Description

It is my understanding that the SQLsetup resource only sets stuff up but does not monitor them per #37. Among those settings there is the authentication mode which is a setting that appears in most database configuration standards
Right now, there doesn't seem to be a resource to set and monitor the setting after the database is configured for the first time

Research direction

Review the SQLsetup resource and issue #37 first to understand what the module currently configures and monitors. Define the resource’s set and monitor scope for SQL Server authentication mode, then verify that the setting remains compliant after initial configuration.
