Larger word area - feature request

Would it be possible to have a larger area for the displayed word? I read in a language that often has longer words than what would fit in the existing area. Thanks!

No file, test, or entry point is named. Start by locating the extension UI that displays the current word and inspect how its area is sized; the issue is done when longer words fit in a visibly larger area without being clipped, subject to an agreed target size.
