Using the Drupal.org issue queue instead of github

I realize that your workflow is based here in Github, but it would be great for the Drupal community if you could move your issue queue to drupal.org - this allows contributors to get issue credit, encourages other organizations to contribute their time (for the same reason - to get issue credits for ranking on the d.o marketplace) and allows those of us who organize code sprints and contrib nights to identify and arrange issues easier for new contributors.

I would be willing to contribute time to move issues over to d.o as well, since it will be a bit of initial work
