Add option to get dictionary from server

Would it be at all possible to be able to pass in an option to include the dictionary via server as opposed to be included directly in the library like it is? Just to help out with loading the library.

Start by tracing how the dictionary is included in the zxcvbn library and how the library is loaded. Define the option for retrieving the dictionary from a server, including its loading behavior, and verify that the library still estimates password strength when the option is used.
