In the [Internal order of a .scss file](https://github.com/dropbox/css-style-guide#internal-order-of-a-scss-file) code example you declared local variables using the dash-case notation; and below in the text you mention that "Local variables should be $snake_lowercase".
Is there any rationale for the usage of the dash-case here?
