Unexpected rows split when querying joined table

Description
Hi, i'm not sure how to put an issue what I see correctly but here it is:
When I qery single table with one of the columns containing VCARD I get expected result
When select statement contains а join, an output table has as many rows as line breaks in "contact" сolumn, what is unexpected.
