RFC: use presto-python-client

Hi, i'm the maintainer of the [presto-python-client](https://github.com/prestodb/presto-python-client) library that is part of the [prestodb](https://github.com/prestodb) org.

What do PyHive's developers think about having PyHive using presto-python-client and contributing to it? In the Presto team, we'd love to channel and centralize contributions. We could also discuss in how to provide extension to the client with additional repositories.
