[FEATURE]: Postgres extensions - ltree & geospatial types support

Hello, I have been waiting a long time for ltree support in prisma but want to make the switch to drizzle (mainly for performance).
I found nothing in the docs and wanting to know if it was already possible to use postgres ltree (via unknown column type that I saw mentioned in this issue https://github.com/drizzle-team/drizzle-orm/issues/230 or raw queries)? If not what are your plans for postgres extensions support and ETA?
