[FEATURE]: Drizzle studio - store scratches locally

### Describe the enhancement you want to request

In drizzle-kit studio, we can currently make folders, and snippets
They are stored in browser storage, with no option to store them on the backend

Browser data erased -> you lose all your queries

I think an optional toggle to store them on disk would be very useful

I myself have used drizzle-studio to do my lab assignments, had to reinstall my browser and they're gone (skill issue), studio would be awesome for learning purposes if not for the fact that it does not store them
